Best Western Plus Marquette Hotel & Suites

We had an AMAZING experience at Best Western Plus in Marquette! The self serve coffee station was one of the highlights! Everything was so clean and organized. The staff members were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The dairy and gluten free options were a pleasant surprise! Our youngest was so happy to wake up in his "comfy hotel bed" on his birthday. Being "spoiled with such good food and hot milk chocolate" and having time to swim prior to checkout also topped his list! We will definitely be back!!

I was in town for a week on business and had a great stay at this hotel. I found out this is about a year old, so everything is brand new, plus it offers great views of Lake Superior and parts of Marquette as well. The staff is incredibly helpful and very kind also, very knowledgeable about the town, activities, places to eat, etc, etc. This is my second time in the last 3 months staying at this hotel and will be back the next time I come up here. OH and their rates are really nice too, very competitive!!

Appears to be a relatively new Best Western. Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selections were very good and the staff taking care of it were constantly cleaning the area and restocking everything, best we've ever witnessed. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable. Only MINOR issues were the tub/shower was very slippery and the switch for the bedside reading light was in a location you had to get out of bed to turn off. Good location, just off M41 a short trip to downtown. Also a nice indoor pool.

Very clean, hotel staff was very nice and always around making sure the hotel was just right. Pool was warm and very clean. Best part was the breakfast had lots of options, healthy foods and the normal stuff. Definitely suggest this hotel over the others!! Room was very clean and still smelled new!!

I have stayed at this Best Western 3 times in the last 4 months totaling 5 days. I frequently stay overnight in Marquette for business and have stayed at just about every hotel in the area and this Best Western is my new go-to lodging in Marquette. The rooms are spotless, the front desk staff is professional, polite and responsive. The breakfast is the only hotel breakfast I’ve ever look forward to eating, it’s the best in town. I highly recommend staying here. - Mac

It’s a really nice hotel. The only room they had available was the handicap accessible room but the extra large bathroom was definitely perk. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The huge window in the dining area allowed us to catch the sunrise, it was stunning. All of the front desk agents were welcoming, but the girl who checked us in on night shift was excellent.

Excellent stay in every way. Everything was beyond our expectations. The hotel was very well maintained and modern. The rooms were spacious and the decor was very nice. Loved the mural on the wall. Thank you to the housekeeping staff which was on point. The staff was all very friendly, polite and professional and went out of their way. (Special Thank You to Nova and Josh.)The bed and linens were wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the extra items were a nice touch that you don't find at the other hotels. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The only complaint was the laundry room was in need of cleaning. This hotel is exceptional to the point I extended my stay here for an additional few more days and I will definitely be back here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Easily one of the best hotels in northern Michigan. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. We will be back very soon, this is our new goto hotel for Marquette!
